A bit of background

A neighbour once asked me to sort a new garage before winter set in. That one job, done properly, led to half the street knocking on my door over the next two years. We have been building for families across this part of Cheshire ever since, taking on work from Delamere Forest through to Northwich and out towards Tarporley. The area has older clay-heavy ground, and you learn quickly what that means for foundations and drainage.

What we take on

• Extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions
• New builds and structural alterations
• Brickwork, blockwork and groundworks
• Plastering, rendering and general maintenance

We do not pass work to subbies when things get structural. That is our team on site, our materials, our responsibility. (I am no good at the paperwork side, I will be honest about that, but the building work is solid.)

How we work

Most jobs around CW8 involve older properties with quirks that a quick survey will not always catch. We price honestly once we have had a proper look, and we will tell you if we spot something that needs sorting before we start rather than flagging it halfway through.

Every build is different. A loft conversion in a semi needs a different head than a single-storey rear extension on a detached, and we treat them that way. Clients around here tend to know their neighbours, so our reputation travels fast, and we are glad of that.
