We don’t work that way. At Kelsall Builders, we take on extensions, structural work, loft and garage conversions, groundworks, plastering, and general maintenance across Cheshire and the surrounding area.

New extensions to house are probably where we spend most of our time. Whether it’s a single-storey rear addition in Tarporley or a full structural alteration near Beeston Castle, we plan carefully before a single block gets laid. Good foundations matter more than anything visible above ground.

We cover CW6 and the wider mid-Cheshire area, including jobs out towards Delamere Forest, where ground conditions can be tricky and drainage needs proper thought from the outset. I’ll be honest, we’re not the flashiest outfit you’ll find online, but the work speaks for itself once it’s done.

How we work

We give you a straight quote. No vague estimates that balloon once we’re on site. If something unexpected comes up during groundworks or a structural alteration, we talk to you before anything changes.

Most of our work comes through word of mouth. That tells you something, however we’re always glad to hear from new customers who want a job done properly the first time.
