How We Work

We assess the building properly before we price anything. A lot of heat loss problems in older Westmeath homes come from two or three combined weaknesses, not just one. Getting that diagnosis right at the start saves money and avoids repeat work.

Precisely calibrated. On spray foam jobs, for example, we monitor the ambient temperature and substrate conditions because the chemistry of the foam changes with humidity and surface moisture, and a bad application simply will not perform to the stated R-value.

However, most of what we do day to day is more straightforward. Attic insulation top-ups on older bungalows, cavity fills on 1980s semis, dry lining on solid stone walls. That is the bread and butter, and we do it carefully.

We help customers through the SEAI grant process. Warmer homes, lower bills, and a better BER rating on the property. We handle the paperwork and advise on what measures will move the needle most for your specific house type.
