The work we take on

Loft conversions are something we have built a strong reputation for. A well-executed loft conversion adds genuine floor area and real value. We handle the structural steel, the staircase, insulation, and the finish. Right, it takes proper planning to do one correctly, and we manage every stage.

Structural and groundwork

We carry out structural alterations, including the removal of load-bearing walls where reinforced steel beams are installed to BS 5950 specifications. We pour foundations, lay blockwork, and handle drainage. Nothing is guessed at. Everything is built to last.

Plastering, rendering, and maintenance

We plaster and render to a clean finish. Scratch coat. Float coat. Done properly. We also take on general building maintenance across Beckenham, Bromley, and out towards Crystal Palace and Penge, so if something needs sorting, we are nearby.

Garage conversions and new builds

A garage conversion is one of the most cost-effective ways to add usable space. We handle the insulation, flooring, electrics coordination, and plastering. For new builds, we work from foundations to handover.
