Long Island winters are no joke. We get the freeze-thaw cycles, the salt, the summer heat pushing into the 90s, and pavement takes a beating from all of it. That is exactly why the work has to be done right the first time.

We are based right here in Islip and we have been laying asphalt and setting pavers across Suffolk County for years. CR 83 runs through our backyard, and we know every road condition, soil type, and drainage quirk this area throws at a job.

We work with hot-mix asphalt and quality concrete interlock pavers. No cheap filler, no shortcuts on compaction. Asphalt that is not compacted correctly will crack by the second winter. We have seen it too many times on jobs we are called in to fix after someone else walked away.

Solid base preparation.

That is the job, honestly. Anyone can pour blacktop. Getting the grading right, the drainage sorted, the depth of sub-base matched to what the ground does here in a Long Island winter, that is what separates a driveway that lasts ten years from one that lasts two. We are not the cheapest quote you will get. We are probably not the most expensive either.
