On older properties we also deal with parapet wall lead flashing junctions, which get missed more often than they should be. Water tracks down behind the gutter there and nobody spots it until the damage is done.

A Typical Installation Day

1. Check existing fascia timber and soffits for rot before anything else goes up
2. Strip off old guttering, brackets, and any failed fixings
3. Replace fascia and soffit boards where needed
4. Fix new brackets at the correct centres with proper fall measured out
5. Run and connect new guttering, seal all joints
6. Fit downpipes and connect to drainage at ground level
7. Clear site, run a hose test (it almost always rains anyway)
