The problem with a lot of builders: you get a quote, then silence. That is not how we work. We are Kildare Builders, based in Naas, and we do proper construction work, done right, on time.

Converting garages is actually one of the jobs we get called for most around Naas. People want usable space, they have the footprint already, it just makes sense. We have done dozens of them, everything from basic habitable rooms to full-spec home offices.

Kildare sits on heavy ground in a lot of places. The Curragh plain, out toward Newbridge, throws up soil conditions that catch builders off guard, we know what foundations that ground actually needs. Same story near Sallins, where drainage is always part of the conversation before a spade goes in.

We work across County Kildare and regularly take on jobs near landmarks like the K Club, Punchestown, and Naas town centre itself. If you are local, there is a fair chance we have already built something near you. (That is either reassuring or it keeps us honest, probably both.)
