How we work

We come out, look at the actual site, and give you a clear price. No vague estimates that quietly grow. If something unexpected turns up in the groundworks near Dún Laoghaire or anywhere else, we tell you before we spend your money.

Our team keeps the site clean. That sounds minor. However, on a six-week renovation with a family still living in the house, it is not minor at all.

We have built up most of our work through word of mouth across Dublin, which we think says more than any advertisement could.
