What we do

Paving. That is the trade. We lay driveways, repair them, resurface them, and we do the groundwork properly so the finished job holds up for years rather than months.

The surfaces we work with

Every driveway job starts with what suits the property, the ground conditions, and the budget. We work with all the main materials.

• Block paving, including re-laying sunken sections where the sub-base has failed
• Resin bound surfacing, which uses a UV-stable polyurethane binder over a well-prepared base
• Tarmac and asphalt, laid hot and rolled to a proper finish
• Pattern imprinted concrete
• Gravel, with or without a permeable membrane

Repairs and resurfacing

Not every job is a full replacement. Pothole repairs, crack filling, and driveway sealing are all work we take on. A lot of our call-outs are straightforward, the kind of thing that gets ignored until it really needs sorting.

Re-laying a sunken section of block paving is one of the more common ones. People assume it means a full dig-out, it rarely does. Usually the sub-base just needs building back up correctly before the blocks go back down.

Drainage and edging

We install drainage channels, soakaways, and proper kerbing and edging as part of most jobs. Getting surface water off the driveway is not an optional extra, it is part of doing it right.

Patios and pathways

We also lay patios and garden pathways using the same materials and the same approach. A patio is just a driveway with different traffic, the groundwork principles do not change.
