Bridge Trafford Driveways
Driveways are what we do.
We’ve been laying and repairing driveways across Cheshire long enough to know that no two jobs are the same. The ground conditions near Tarvin, the clay soil you get around Mickle Trafford, the tight access on older properties close to Chester city centre. It all matters, and we account for it before a single stone goes down.
What do we actually cover?
Here’s the honest answer. We handle the full scope, from a complete new installation to a single pothole that’s been annoying you for months.
- Block paving installation and repairs
- Resin bound driveways
- Tarmac and asphalt surfaces
- Pattern imprinted concrete
- Gravel driveways
- Driveway resurfacing and sealing
- Patios and pathways
- Drainage, soakaways, kerbing and edging
What materials do we work with?
Resin bound aggregate is popular right now, and for good reason. It drains well, it looks clean, and it holds its colour far longer than people expect. Block paving is still the choice I’d recommend for most homes in CH2 postcodes, though, because it’s repairable in sections. Is there anything more frustrating than having to resurface an entire drive because one corner cracked? With block paving you just lift and relay what’s damaged.
One thing I always sort properly is weed-proofing the joints on a block-paved drive. It’s the part that gets skipped elsewhere (honestly, you’d be surprised how often), and it’s the reason some drives look tired within two years. We use the right jointing compound from the start.
What about patios, lawns, fencing and walling?
We cover more than just driveways. Patios in porcelain, natural stone or concrete. Garden walling and raised edging. Fencing and lawn laying. It all falls under the same job for us when a customer wants the whole front or rear done properly.
