What we do

Converting garages is something we do regularly. A lot of homeowners around Folkestone have underused garage space sitting there, and we turn it into proper living area. Insulated, plastered, finished properly. It adds genuine usable square footage without the cost of a full extension.

How we work

We measure twice. We price straight. No vague quotes that balloon halfway through a job. You get a clear figure before we lift a trowel, and we stick to it.
