Who are we?
: Local builders, proper ones. We’re based in Dunham on the Hill, Cheshire, and we cover the surrounding area including out towards Helsby, Frodsham, and the Chester Road corridor. We know this patch well.
We do the full range of building work, from the ground up or the inside out. If it involves brick, block, concrete, timber, or plaster, we’ve handled it. We’re not a call centre operation passing your job to a stranger.
What kind of work do we take on?

One thing that comes up more than people expect: chimney breast removals inside the house. It sounds simple but it touches the structure, the flues, sometimes the party wall. We’ve done plenty of them and we handle the whole job properly.
What’s our approach?
We show up, we price it straight, and we get on with it. Is that such a rare thing to say? It shouldn’t be, but here we are. We use solid materials, we don’t cut corners on prep work, and we leave a site tidy.
Foundations done right the first time save a lot of grief down the road. That’s not a lecture, that’s just how we work. However badly a previous job has been left, we’ll assess it honestly before we touch anything.
