How we work

Every job starts with a proper site visit. Ground conditions vary more than people expect, and getting the sub-base specification right, correct compaction depth, adequate falls for drainage, is what separates a patio that lasts from one that shifts after two winters.

We don’t rush preparation to save time on the day. The finish reflects the groundwork, and that’s not something we’re willing to cut corners on.

Payment terms

• A deposit is required to secure your booking date
• Stage payments apply on larger projects, agreed in writing before work begins
• Final balance is due on completion
• We accept bank transfer and cash
