Gutters, Soffit and Fascia Together

If your fascia boards are soft or your soffits are sagging, it makes sense to sort everything in one visit. Replacing gutters alone when the fascia behind is rotting just means the job comes apart again within a year. We often fit an ogee fascia capping board overlay where the existing timber is sound enough to cap rather than strip, saving time and keeping costs down. Doing all three together, gutters, soffit and fascia, means one scaffold run, one clean finish, and no coming back a second time.
