What we do

From the ground up, we handle the full range of building work across Neston and the surrounding area. Extensions, new builds, structural alterations, loft conversions, groundworks, brickwork, plastering and rendering. If it involves a wall, a foundation, or a roof line, we’ve more than likely done it.

We cover CH64 and the wider Cheshire West postcodes, working on everything from modest terraced houses through to larger detached properties out towards Parkgate and Burton village.

How we work

We don’t cut corners. We price jobs honestly, turn up when we say we will, and we leave sites tidy. That’s it, really.

Every job gets measured properly before a spade goes in. We assess the ground conditions, check drainage, look at what’s sitting next to the structure. Wirral and Cheshire ground can be tricky (heavy clay in places catches people out), so we make sure the foundations are right from the start.

Converting garages is something we do a fair bit of around here. A lot of homeowners near Neston Common want the extra living space without the cost of a full extension, and a garage conversion is usually the most straightforward way to get it.

Materials and standards

We work with facing brick, dense aggregate block, sand and cement render, insulated cavity systems. We specify materials that suit the building, not whatever’s cheapest on the merchants’ yard that week.

However, budget does matter. We’ll always talk you through options honestly.
