What we do

Roofing. That is the whole of it. We are a roofing contractor based in Kelsall, Cheshire, and every job we take on sits within that trade. No diversions, no sidelines.

How we work

We get up on the roof ourselves. You are not talking to a middleman who then sends someone else out. I have been doing this trade long enough to know that most problems are spotted with your own eyes, not from the ground.

On flat roofing, EPDM membranes are fully adhered to the deck substrate using contact adhesive, which gives a clean watertight finish that outlasts older felt systems by a considerable margin. That is the technical side. In plain terms, it holds.

We work regularly across the Tarporley, Frodsham and Delamere Forest areas, so if you are in that part of Cheshire, chances are we have worked on a roof near you already.

Materials and standards

We use ridge mortar, dry-fix systems, lead flashing, UPVC fascia board and a range of tile types to suit the existing roof. We match what is there where we can, it matters for the look of the finished job.

However, where the existing material has simply run its course, we will tell you straight and explain what makes sense to put in its place.
