What We Do

How We Approach the Job

We prep the sub-base correctly. A Class 804 compacted sub-base to the right depth is what stops your patio sinking or shifting after the first heavy frost. That is not the glamorous part of the work, however it is the part that decides whether your patio still looks right in ten years.

We do not rush the drainage detail either. Water pooling against a wall or running back toward the house is a problem we see regularly on older gardens, and we sort it out before the first slab goes down.

Materials and Finishes

We work with porcelain, sandstone, granite and concrete block depending on your budget and the look you are after. Each material has its own installation requirements, we treat them accordingly.
