How we work

We spend time on the groundwork before anything goes down. Get that wrong and it does not matter how good your stone looks after six months. Proper sub-base preparation and drainage make the difference between a patio that lasts and one that shifts.

We have seen plenty of rushed jobs come through in areas like Foxrock and even further out past Cabinteely, where corners were cut on the base layer. We always go back to basics regardless of the material on top.

However we price a job, it is based on what the ground actually needs, not a fixed rate that ignores site conditions. Porcelain, sandstone, flagstone, each one behaves differently and we lay them accordingly. We are not the cheapest quote you will find, and we are fine with that (most people who have used us before will tell you why).
