Mayo Sports Partnership Lucozade Sport Workshops
Sports Partnership are hosting 3 upcoming Lucozade Sport Workshops
Workshop 1 ‘Fuel and Fluid' in Ballina , at Ballina Sport and Leisure Centre on Thursday November 11th at 7.30pm
Workshop 2 ‘Lifestyle and Sport' in Claremorris at Claremorris GAA Centre on Thursday November 18th 7.30pm
Workshop 3 ‘Strength and Conditioning in Castlebar at the Castlebar Tennis Club on Thursday November 25th 7.30pm
The workshops are being delivered by Coaching Ireland and are aimed at all those with an interest in the development of sport and recreation including: sports clubs, community groups/organizations, agencies, schools, coaches, athletes, parents, and individuals.
Booking is essential as places are limited
Cost for each workshop just €10 or all 3 for €25
