Presentation Secondary School Ballyphehane Awards of Excellence

"What's another year", in Presentation Secondary School, Ballyphehane, it was a year of a student receiving the maximum amount of points, 690 for the Leaving Certificate; Introduction of the DEAR Programme (drop everything and read).  The Green School Award, our second green flag for energy, the only Cork City secondary school to win one.  The success of our basketball team winning the county final.The school choir under the direction of Anne Dunphy performing in National and international competition. The science department participation in National science expedition.  Our annual school musical and drama.The school recognises the academic ability and the awards of excellence of all pupils.  In the year, the head girl Cliona Wallace fulfilled her role in an exemplanery fashion.  She has left an indelible mark on Presentation Secondary School.  It is a year to salute our past pupils.  Carmel McGee for her outstanding dedication to a Business Degree.  Theresa O'Sullivan work in the medical faculty.  Our guest speaker Niamh Hennessy, who has carved out a path in journalism.
What's another year", A year of success, dedication, commitment and believe to achieve, has brought to Presentation Secondary School.  Therefore we will celebrate in style on Thursday 25^th March and salute the achievements of pupils, staff and parents.  This event is sponsored by Ballyphehane Credit Union.
